Flu vaccine clinic set
A free flu vaccine clinic will be held Tuesday at the Union County Local Health Unit, 301 American Rd., from 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Those with health insurance are asked to bring their insurance cards.
Job fair planned
The El Dorado-Union County Chamber of Commerce will host its first county-wide job fair Tuesday from 2-7 p.m. at the El Dorado Conference Center, 311 S. West Ave.

Kiwanis meeting set
The Kiwanis Club of El Dorado will meet Wednesday at noon at First Presbyterian Church, 300 E. Main.
Road closures planned
Main Street El Dorado will begin preparations for MusicFest this week, including with road closures in downtown El Dorado starting at 5 p.m. Wednesday. MusicFest organizers will offer courtesy carts for downtown patrons or anyone else who needs such assistance during MusicFest. The cart will be available until 4 p.m. on Oct. 6 and 7.
